Does your small engine, lawnmower or snow blower require service or maintenance?

The Sylvania Mower Center is an authorized Honda, Toro, Exmark, Gravely, Bad Boy, and Echo service center. Our service center will be more than happy to perform warranty, diagnostic, or repair services for Product Lines (Honda, Exmark, Gravely, Echo, Toro, Bad Boy, Billy Goat).

We do not work on equipment or sell parts for equipment brands that we do NOT sell. We do not work on ANY equipment over 15 years old.

For equipment that is older, or is in a state of disrepair, we believe there needs to be a cost-benefit analysis performed on your equipment first, then decide if repairs should be performed. With this in mind, we will evaluate your equipment repair needs, then consult with you before any repair services are performed. We know you love old Bess, but, why spend your hard-earned dollars on a band-aid solution when the best and most economical option may be to purchase a new piece of equipment.

Pricing

All services are completed locally at our store on Dorr St. Our posted labor rate is $129.00 per hour, $119.00 per Hour for customers who have bought their equipment from us. For any service on equipment that was not purchased from Sylvania Mower Center, (except warranty work) there is a $30.00 deposit for hand-held equipment (ECHO ONLY), a $30 deposit for push mowers, snow blowers, a $60.00 deposit for Riding Mowers. The deposit will be applied toward your final bill or used as a disposal fee. All equipment must be picked up or delivered back to you 7 days after notification that your equipment is repaired. You have 7 days to respond to an estimate of repair that we have communicated to you. After the 7 days a $3.00 per day storage fee will be charged. After 30 days we will take ownership of your equipment in order to recoup service and storage fees.
